Class on: 14/09/2011. In this call master has started with the organ clock chart, This chart shows the energy flow to the body parts with the timing, which means energy will be more in those parts in the particular timing, 1) 3 Am to 5 am - In this time lung will have more energy, this is the best time to wakeup, as lung related to energy absorption from air, we need to awake and consume pure air, this is give nergy for whole day. Waking up late will lead to bone weekness, look like aged and deseased in early age. 2) 5 to 7 am - Energy flow ill be in Large intestine, atlease we need to be awake in this time if we miss the above, we need to complete out letrine in this time, as LI is related to that. 3) 7 tp 9 Am - Energy flow in Stomach, so best time to take breakfast. 4) 9 to 11 Am - Energy flow is in Spleen, this time we should avoid taking food, be like fasting in this time, even not to take water too. 5) 11 to 1 pm - Energy flow is in Heart, time to take food. lass on 14/8/2011 This session, we gonna see about naadi(pulse). Each side of the hands sould used to check the pulse of 12 parts. Two kind of pulse: We can call it as Superfecial(feather touch) pulse and deep pulse. If we keep our index, middle and ring finger on pulse, by using both of our hands and check on both hands of the patient. Superfecial pulse is used for Yang organs and Deep pulse is for Yin organs, picture shows the pulse position and related organs.

Accupressure/Accupuncture learning part2

Class on 17/7/2011 In this class, we gonna see the functionality of the 12 parts, that we listed out last week, and relations between that. Will explain here in details later. The points which being used for treatments is being called as meridians and each of the 12 parts will have a meridian point for each element. So, totally it comes as 12*5 as 60 points. We gonna use 60 poins to treat people. In future we will see the details about pulse checking. It seems analyzing the disease through pulse needs three years of practice.

This article based on the learning that i got from my Acupressure class, just taught to share for people and if you find any mistakes please let me know. In Chinese theory, the five basic elements are as follows, these elements are formed from one another in the following order, Fire(Sun), Earth, Metal, Water and Trees(wood).. In Indian system we have five elements as, Fire, earth, air, water and Akasha(sky)...In chine they are having metal instead of air and wood instead of Sky. The following circle is being called as production cycle, There is another cycle called controlling cycle, to control the elements and to keep them under control. For example, Fire creates earth and controls metal, earth creates metal and controls water and it goes on... If the above elements are being in their particular proportion, everything is proper...if anything goes excess, disaster happens, this is common for nature..
